-During Suspend Mode, the decoder SoC will keep all 2-wire commands and settings controlled by
backend chipset, and will continue to work normally with the same settings after back to Normal Mode.
-Back to Normal Mode: 2-wire SCK 2us "HGH" pulse.
* Configuration Mode
-Once 3.3V (VCC33) is provided, decoder soC will stay in configuration mode initially.
-When be set to Normal Mode, an internal chip reset sets all settings to default values and starting
work normally.
-Enter Normal Mode: 2 wire SCk 20ms "HIGH' pulse (at least)
